I absolutely without a doubt think you guy's are awesome. I'd recommend to everyone. The staff and driver has been more than helpful and polite and outgoing. I have never had such personable, trustable and accommodating people for any and everything. Outstanding and appreciated. 😊

Last night (Saturday 11.26.16) I received a call from my father's (he is 91 with severe dementia and not suppose to be driving) neighbor, that my Dad had run out of gas on Rockley Ave. Because he did not have his car he could not get into his house. I live about 45 minutes away and immediately called Lincoln who dispatched Flagship. I no sooner hung up with Lincoln when the driver, Scott I believe, called to say he was about 1/2 to 45 minutes from my Dad's location. I asked him to call me back, because of my Dad's dementia his story could change. Good thing! Because now his neighbor said my Dad was sitting in his driveway in his car! When Scott called back I gave him the new location which he just accepted with a chuckle. I also told him how the door opener was not working. Again a chuckle and a "no worries ma'am, I will take care of your Dad for you and give you a call when he is safe in his home." Which he did! This man was a dream come true and when I asked him not to put gas in the car so my Dad could not drive it anywhere, that is what he did! Just got it and my Dad in the house. I truly hope Flagship appreciates what a gem of an employee they have in this man. Thank you for being you Scott.

Thank you Flagship for your help last Friday. It's so difficult having your vehicle break down that far away from home. We called AAA, your tow truck came in less than an hour. The driver was very courteous and efficient. Steve, we can't thank you enough for your help. It's great to know there are still honest good people out there.

We were directed to Flagship through AAA when we first went to them. They were professional, timely and fair. When my AC started blowing warm air, I called. They went out of their way to fit me in that very afternoon. Once again, they explained my problem and what was done to correct it. I was in and out in less than an hour. They are my "go to" auto repair team. I cannot be happier or pleased with the service and results.

We have had to use your service three times in the last 18 months or so. Each time your employees have been very timely, respectful of us and our autos or homes. Last night was our most recent in counter and we were stuck on I75 at about 8:30. We called AAA and they told us who would be coming and we were very pleased. Your employee called us to let us know what was going to happen and then your employee(Jeff) I think called and let us know just how long it would be which in all was under 1/2 hour from our call. This is EXCELLENT service. We want to THANK YOU and all of your Employees.

I was terrified when my alarm on my dodge wouldn't stop going off. Thinking about the fees from dealership and my car being out of commission for awhile worried me. I'm not sure of the name of the driver but he knew the solution to my problem and saved me a lot of time and money. If I could get the name of this driver, he came to tow me around 5:50 June 30th in the Walmart parking lot on the corner of Jacaranda and Tamiami. He seriously made my week, and if I need a oil change or to be towed I'll keep you and mind. I'll tell my friends.

Team at Flagship, I am very grateful for your efforts to get me and my auto roling again. Both the car and I have gotten to california my intensed state of residence for some time. I am pretty certain that without your expertise, one of us would not have. It showed a genuine touch of class to have followed up service with a call to ask if the auto was behaving properly.
